How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
Email us at info@stockupwholesale.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
Pack the items securely and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking receipt, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below regarding shipping times and cost
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Standard Delivery: Arrives in 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days & cost calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
International Shipping: We currently Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we are here to help.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Exclusions
Certain items, such as final sale items, perishable goods, or personal care products, are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
